We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Senior Implementation Consultant to join our growing company.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with at least 3 years implementing verticals in two of SRP, Manufacturing, or Distribution.  The NetSuite Senior Implementation Consultant will be part of one or multiple teams that develop and implement NetSuite solutions for executing all phases of client implementations. The Consultant supports the customer needs throughout the ERP lifecycle. The NetSuite Senior Implementation Consultant ensures that all activities, including business analysis, system requirements, documentation, implementation, project planning, and data conversion are carried out in an efficient, cost-effective manner. This role will be expected to participate in team building and to develop team and customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate a client’s most complex requirements 
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology 
• Drive client and internal activities, including business analysis, system requirements, documentation, implementation, data conversion, and training 
• Work closely with project architect and project manager to ensure the correct solutions are being proposed and the project remains on time and within budget 
• Perform gap analysis between packaged functionality and customer requirements 

• Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders 
• Collaborate with technical team members to help guide development of customized NetSuite solutions 
• Understand documentation standards and be able to create all standard project documentation 
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies and execute on those strategies 
• Provide techno-functional training to end users 

• Actively establish relationships within all levels of the customer organization 
• Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and management.  
• Continue to acquire and apply new knowledge and learning

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) 
• At least 5 years NetSuite client implementation experience 

• Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant 
• Strong financial and accounting background 
• Advanced knowledge and business acumen of wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and service industries, and how they relate to modules within NetSuite 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands 
• Great interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with individuals and teams at all levels through the C-suite and end-users 

• Willingness to travel up to 50% 
• Advanced level of English
