We’re working with a Series A healthtech company building products that directly impact patient care and outcomes.
They’re hiring a Product Engineering Lead to sit at the intersection of product and engineering, owning delivery end-to-end while shaping what gets built and how.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys both building and driving product decisions.
The role
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features and systems
- Translate business and user needs into technical solutions
- Drive product roadmap alongside engineering and leadership
- Prototype and validate ideas quickly
- Bridge product, engineering, and operations to keep things moving
What you’ll bring
- Strong technical background, comfortable with system design and APIs
- Experience as a Product Engineer, Tech Lead, or Technical PM
- Ability to operate across product and engineering seamlessly
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in healthtech or early-stage startups
- Background in backend or full-stack engineering
- Familiarity with modern web and backend stacks
