We’re working with a Series A healthtech company building AI systems that automate complex, multi-step workflows in high-stakes environments.

They’re hiring an AI Engineer to own the core execution layer, designing systems that can plan, act, and improve over time.

This is not prompt-wrapping. It’s for someone who has built real systems and cares about reliability, evaluation, and production performance.

The role
  • Build and scale agent-style systems that execute multi-step workflows
  • Design orchestration, tool use, and automation layers
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to improve reliability and performance
  • Integrate with external systems and real-world workflows
  • Work closely with domain experts to validate outputs and iterate

What you’ll bring
  • Experience building production AI or agent-based systems
  • Strong Python skills, comfortable working across the stack
  • Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
  • Experience with evaluation, testing, and improving model performance
  • Builder mindset, you care about shipping and iteration

Nice to have
  • Experience with RAG, multi-agent systems, or workflow automation
  • Background in regulated or high-stakes environments
  • Familiarity with browser automation or tool-use systems
