Role Summary

This is a client-facing, production-oriented position with a strong focus on public speaking, relationship management, and asset conversion.

The Financial Professional will lead educational seminars, conduct client consultations, uncover planning opportunities, and drive implementation across insurance and advisory solutions. The role involves consistent client interaction and requires the ability to independently manage the full sales and planning lifecycle while collaborating with internal specialists to deliver a holistic client experience.


Key Responsibilities

Seminars and Public Speaking

  • Deliver retirement and financial planning seminars on a regular basis
  • Present complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and confident manner
  • Convert attendees into scheduled consultations and planning opportunities

Client Engagement and Asset Growth

  • Lead client meetings across multiple stages of the planning process
  • Evaluate financial positions and identify gaps or opportunities
  • Recommend and implement appropriate planning strategies
  • Guide clients through decision-making and facilitate asset placement

Implementation and Case Management

  • Own the client journey from initial consultation through execution
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to integrate advanced planning strategies
  • Operate within a coordinated, full-service planning framework

Lead Management and Conversion

  • Manage firm-provided leads and maintain an active pipeline
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities
  • Track activity and outcomes using CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Active Life Insurance License and/or Securities Licenses (Series 7/66 or Series 65) preferred
  • Candidates without full licensure will be supported through a structured onboarding process, with an expectation of completion within a defined timeframe
  • Experience in public speaking or strong presentation ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence client decisions and drive outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work across multiple office locations as needed

Compensation & Opportunity

There is significant earning potential with no cap on performance-based income. High performers have the opportunity to build a substantial book of business while contributing to the firm’s continued expansion.

Multiple office locations across Central New Jersey, with regular in-person presence required based on business needs.
