Description

Job Title: Access & Identity Management Analyst (Trading Platforms)
Work Location: NYC, Midtown, 3 days per week
Terms: Long-term Contract

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, globally connected markets environment where technology, operations, and front-office trading intersect. You’ll play a critical role in enabling clients to access electronic trading platforms across asset classes, directly supporting revenue-generating activities while gaining exposure to global markets, trading workflows, and client onboarding processes.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and technically inclined who enjoys working across systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless access and user experience in a high-stakes financial environment.

Day-to-Day

  • Manage and maintain client access across multiple electronic trading platforms and internal systems supporting global markets activity
  • Create, update, and deactivate user accounts for external clients, including asset managers and institutional users
  • Configure and adjust product pricing tiers and client entitlements
  • Maintain and update client-to-sales coverage mappings within internal systems
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new trading platforms and tools
  • Partner with internal teams on enhancements and development of operational tools
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of trading “books” and related structures
  • Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of reporting and statistical data files

Job Requirements

  • Experience managing user access, entitlements, or permissions within trading platforms or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of client account lifecycle management (creation, modification, deactivation)
  • Exposure to pricing structures, client configurations, or relationship mapping is a plus
  • Comfortable working with technical systems and supporting platform integrations or enhancements
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with financial markets, particularly foreign exchange or fixed income products
