Job Title: Vice President, Product (Fintech/Brokerage)

As a Vice President of Product, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing product offerings across multiple areas, from traditional asset classes to emerging digital assets. You’ll focus on product scalability, improvement, and modernization, all while ensuring that major milestones and goals are achieved.

Your work will involve close collaboration with other product leaders to simplify workflows, enhance processes, and develop solutions that transform the trading experience. You’ll partner with teams across the organization—engineering, compliance, operations, design, and client-facing groups—to ensure new capabilities are scalable, impactful, and strategically aligned. Acting as the subject-matter expert in your domain, you’ll monitor adoption and iterate continuously to improve performance and user satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a long-term product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives, market trends, regulatory requirements, and partner needs.
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps that balance innovation with high-value client use cases, such as trade execution, settlement, and clearing for both traditional and digital assets.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable deliverables, ensuring seamless integration with go-to-market and service delivery plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using feedback and data to guide product enhancements and strategic direction.
  • Incorporate compliance and regulatory considerations into product design while maintaining a focus on user experience and innovation.
  • Promote modular product designs that enhance usability and adapt to diverse partner types.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics to measure success, drive improvements, and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with market-facing teams to evaluate competitive positioning, conduct market analysis, and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Explore and implement opportunities for AI and automation to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance client outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, ideally within fintech or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong expertise in brokerage technology and platforms, including experience with offerings such as options, fixed income, mutual funds, crypto, and FIX-based trading.
  • Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex solutions, delivering measurable business value.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term planning.
  • Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and a track record of leading cross-functional teams in iterative product delivery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around product goals.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to guide product decisions and optimize performance.
  • Clear, compelling verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical or complex topics into accessible narratives.
