Job Title: HR Project Coordinator – Change Management (Contract)
Work Location: Hybrid 3 days per week in Midtown NYC

We are seeking a dynamic HR Project Coordinator with expertise in Change Management to join the Americas HR team on a short-term basis. This is a high-visibility opportunity to play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives that directly impact organizational effectiveness, compliance, and employee experience.
In this role, you will act as the central hub for key HR projects, partnering with senior leaders and global stakeholders to deliver meaningful change across the organization. From strengthening audit and compliance frameworks to supporting sustainability efforts and enhancing early-career programs, you will help shape and implement initiatives that create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize HR-related project requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategy.
- Develop and support comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent HR initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to HR audit sustainability, regulatory compliance (including CSRD-related efforts), employee engagement programs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support early-career programs, including preparation for onboarding interns and program participants.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and maintain project momentum.
- Serve as a liaison between HR, business units, and global change and project management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor project performance, evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and oversee HR controls to ensure adherence to internal audit standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior leadership, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Support the implementation of structured change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new initiatives and organizational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HR project management and/or change management, ideally within corporate or financial services environments.
- Proven ability to lead HR initiatives from inception to completion, delivering measurable organizational impact.
- Knowledge of HR metrics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong project management and change management expertise.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
