Job Title: Aladdin Implementation & Platform Migration SME

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Aladdin implementation leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation across front-to-back investment management platforms. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, operating model design, data architecture, and technology delivery, this role centers on leading complex implementations and migrations of Aladdin.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to expand Aladdin capabilities across asset classes, modernize legacy environments into Aladdin’s integrated ecosystem, and shape scalable target operating models aligned to investment strategy. This is a highly visible, execution-oriented leadership role for someone who combines deep Aladdin configuration expertise with capital markets domain knowledge.

Role Overview

The Investment Platform Implementation & Migration SME leads end-to-end Aladdin implementations, expansions, and migrations across Fixed Income, Equities, and Multi-Asset strategies. Engagements include:

• Expanding existing Aladdin clients into new asset classes or modules

• Leading full migrations from proprietary or third-party systems into Aladdin

• Configuring and optimizing Aladdin workflows across front, middle, and back-office functions

This role requires hands-on experience configuring Aladdin modules, designing business workflows within Aladdin, and integrating Aladdin via APIs into broader investment ecosystems. Experience with comparable platforms such as SimCorp or Charles River Development is valuable, but deep Aladdin expertise is core.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Aladdin implementations, module expansions, and platform migrations.

• Define and design Target Operating Models (TOM) built around Aladdin capabilities and best practices.

• Configure Aladdin workflows across asset classes, ensuring alignment with portfolio management, trading, compliance, operations, and reporting functions.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Aladdin product specialists, and technology teams.

• Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable Aladdin configurations.

• Lead API integration efforts to connect Aladdin with upstream/downstream systems including data warehouses, OMS/EMS platforms, accounting systems, and reporting tools.

• Oversee investment data discovery, mapping, cleansing, and migration into Aladdin’s data model, including security master and portfolio data structures.

• Direct migration testing cycles within Aladdin, including reconciliation, validation controls, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and parallel runs.

• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and ensure production readiness within Aladdin environments.

• Lead post-go-live Aladdin stabilization, optimization, and continuous platform enhancement.

• Provide executive-level reporting on Aladdin implementation progress, governance, and risk management

• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, and Multi-Asset investment processes within Aladdin.

• Expertise in investment data models, Aladdin security master structures, portfolio analytics, and reconciliation frameworks.

• Experience with Aladdin API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.

• Strong executive communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional Aladdin delivery teams.
