Summary
Are you passionate about building products that make complex operations simple, efficient, and human-centered? As a Senior Product Manager for Property Operations, you’ll play a key role in transforming how building and facilities teams run their day-to-day work. This includes modernizing maintenance, service requests, billing, and communication between property managers and tenants. This is a high-impact role where you’ll define product strategy, partner closely with engineering and design, and shape the future of property technology. If you’re excited by solving real-world operational challenges with technology, data, and great design, this is the opportunity to lead at scale.
Location: Based in New York City with in-office collaboration four days per week and occasional customer travel (approximately 10–20%).
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for property operations, focusing on work order management, preventive maintenance, service workflows, and billing automation.
- Deliver high-impact releases that make building operations faster, smarter, and more reliable for both managers and tenants.
- Leverage automation and AI to improve service triage, request classification, and scheduling efficiency.
- Drive integrations with third-party systems such as facilities management tools, IoT solutions, and accounting software to strengthen the product ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
- Conduct discovery sessions with property and facilities managers to identify needs, test solutions, and measure outcomes using clear KPIs.
- Ensure reliability and compliance by partnering with infrastructure and security teams to maintain uptime, data privacy, and operational integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, including ownership of a core product area.
- Background in property operations, facilities management, or related software systems preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
- Working knowledge of APIs, mobile/web development, and integration management.
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for creating seamless user experiences for both tenants and property managers.
What You’ll Gain
- A high-impact role shaping a core operational product used by building and property teams.
- Opportunities to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions at a platform scale.
- Exposure to cutting-edge technology, automation, and AI-driven innovation in the property technology space.
- A collaborative, growth-oriented work environment with opportunities for career development and cross-functional learning.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary range of $170,000–$200,000, depending on experience, skillset, and location. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including:
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
- Retirement savings plan
- Paid time off and flexible work arrangements
- Parental leave and family support programs
- Professional development and education stipends
- Equity opportunities in the company’s long-term success.
