Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager for Property Operations, you’ll play a key role in transforming how building and facilities teams run their day-to-day work. This includes modernizing maintenance, service requests, billing, and communication between property managers and tenants. This is a high-impact role where you’ll define product strategy, partner closely with engineering and design, and shape the future of property technology. Location: Based in New York City with in-office collaboration four days per week and occasional customer travel (approximately 10–20%).

What You’ll Do

• Own the roadmap for property operations, focusing on work order management, preventive maintenance, service workflows, and billing automation.
• Deliver high-impact releases that make building operations faster, smarter, and more reliable for both managers and tenants.
• Leverage automation and AI to improve service triage, request classification, and scheduling efficiency.
• Drive integrations with third-party systems such as facilities management tools, IoT solutions, and accounting software to strengthen the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Conduct discovery sessions with property and facilities managers to identify needs, test solutions, and measure outcomes using clear KPIs.
• Ensure reliability and compliance by partnering with infrastructure and security teams to maintain uptime, data privacy, and operational integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, including ownership of a core product area.
• Background in property operations, facilities management, or related software systems preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Working knowledge of APIs, mobile/web development, and integration management.
• Deep customer empathy and a passion for creating seamless user experiences for both tenants and property managers.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary range of $170,000–$200,000, depending on experience, skillset, and location. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including:
