Description

Twenty is working with an award-winning advertising agency based out of Frisco, Texas to hire a Project Manager (PM). The PM will be responsible for overseeing content creation and deliverables for several client brands. Ideally this person will have prior advertising agency experience and a passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple deliverables in different development phases from concept thru execution
  • Maintain project plans, manage project dependencies, and track completion of deliverables
  • Provide Account Management and clients updates pertaining to deliverables and any changes 
  • Review content deliverables to ensure a high-quality, no error deliverable is being provided to client
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with internal team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Facilitate and organize meetings
  • Develop and distribute weekly status reports
  • Support Account Management and other PMs as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to commute onsite 3-4 times per week in Frisco, TX
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study
  • 3+ years of experience working in a project management capacity
  • 1+ years of experience working within an advertising agency environment or similarly fast-paced industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently under deadline
  • Automotive industry knowledge a plus
