Senior Product Designer
Are you passionate about designing intuitive, intelligent products that make complex workflows simple and engaging? As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help define the future of workplace, tenant, and operations technology through building experiences that shape how people interact with their spaces. You’ll join a collaborative, high-impact team where design drives strategy, innovation, and customer success. This is an opportunity to own end-to-end design across web and mobile products, work with cutting-edge AI and agentic tools, and see your work directly influence how thousands of users operate every day.
Location: This role is based in New York City and requires in-office collaboration four days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design for core product experiences: o=Owning everything from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, discovery sessions, and Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) analyses to uncover pain points and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Prototype and test rapidly, using user feedback to refine designs and validate solutions before implementation.
  • Explore AI-driven and agentic workflows, partnering with Data Science and Engineering teams to create intelligent, adaptive user experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align design solutions with business and technical goals.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
  • Present and advocate for your design decisions, communicating insights and rationale clearly to influence stakeholders and leadership.
  • Mentor and inspire peers, fostering a culture of thoughtful design critique, shared learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver measurable impact, such as improved usability, workflow efficiency, or user satisfaction across key product areas.
Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped web and mobile products.
  • Expertise in UX research methods, including JTBD analysis, usability testing, and data-informed iteration.
  • Experience designing multi-user or workflow-heavy systems with complex dependencies.
  • Proven ability to translate research into elegant, scalable design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to advocate for design thinking across diverse teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments, balancing creativity with execution.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience designing AI-powered or agentic workflows that adapt intelligently to user behavior.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, especially workflow or operations platforms.
  • Familiarity with real estate, finance, or operational systems is a plus.
Compensation: $145k-$175k + depending on experience.
