Description

We’re looking for a Practice Systems Service Owner to oversee the day-to-day delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of core legal practice systems. You’ll ensure key tools including document lifecycle, matter management, knowledge, and document management systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with user needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main escalation point for Level 2 support issues across all practice systems.

  • Manage service roadmaps and translate strategic goals into operational delivery.

  • Work closely with Product Owners to align service performance with development priorities.

  • Lead regular service reviews, gathering feedback and identifying enhancements.

  • Monitor performance and availability, using data to drive improvements.

  • Identify risks, ensure compliance, and maintain system integrity.

  • Drive root cause analysis, problem management, and capacity planning.

What You’ll Bring
