A leading provider of cloud-native core banking solutions is seeking their 1st US hire, a Vice President of North America to drive growth across the U.S. and Canada. This senior leadership role is ideal for a seasoned executive with deep expertise in banking software, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a market growth strategy for North America by creating a distinctive brand and value proposition.
- Drive new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions that are seeking to modernize or digitalize their banking processes.
- Over time, build and lead a high-performing regional team that will support US and Canadian clients.
- Develop and execute GTM strategy that is bespoke to the highly regulated and complex nature of key industry players.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as well as tech partners, consulting firms and vendors to ensure robust capabilities of the product.
- Imbed fully with prospective clients to navigate, challenge, and advise all key stakeholders or decision makers around the tech solution.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in financial services with expertise in banking software with a focus on retail or corporate banking.
- Utilize existing and develop new relationships with senior decision makers at financial institutions of all sizes strong understanding of the North American banking ecosystem.
- Proven success in business expansion, sales, and client engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
