A newly launched venture backed by a major global consultancy and a large alternative investment firm, building bespoke technology for clients in banking, private capital and defence. Small, ambitious team with an international footprint and real scope to shape how things are built.

What you'll do

  • Work directly with users, stakeholders and subject matter experts to nail down requirements and design pragmatic solutions

  • Take early ownership of high-quality software delivery end to end

  • Partner closely with client teams to ship products collaboratively

  • Push back on existing systems and processes where there's a better way

  • Keep up with industry and tech trends to stay ahead of the curve

What we're looking for

  • Strong programming skills with an object-oriented background

  • Solid experience building and maintaining iOS apps using Flutter and Dart

  • Genuinely excited by technology and keen to work in a dynamic team

  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven, comfortable running towards problems

  • Able to own a project from start to finish

  • Curious about the business side, not just the code

  • Clear, professional communicator with clients and colleagues alike

  • Strong degree in Computer Science or related field, plus strong school grades

  • Bonus: financial services experience
