Description

twentyAi are working alongside a VC-backed fast-growing Series A business supporting them on a search for a Data Analyst. This position will work closely with the Data Lead to shape the direction of the function, build strong data foundations, and deliver insights that directly influence decision-making across the business.

Role Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Analytics
  • Partner cross-functionally with Treasury, Finance, Operations, and Compliance
  • Build internal tools to improve real-time visibility and risk management
  • Analyse operational performance (e.g. SLAs, processing times) to identify bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities
  • Support Finance with unit economics, revenue analysis, and forecasting
Strategic Insights
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses to support leadership decisions and board reporting
  • Translate business questions into structured, data-driven insights
Data Accessibility
  • Design and build self-serve dashboards to empower teams with reliable, actionable data
  • Continuously improve how insights are accessed and consumed across the business
Data Infrastructure & Modelling
  • Work with the Data Lead to maintain a scalable, reliable data pipeline
  • Design and optimise robust data models that support analytics and reporting
  • Contribute to a strong, consistent data foundation as the company scales

Experience:
  • 6–8+ years in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Analytics Engineering
  • Advanced SQL skills (querying, modelling, optimisation)
  • Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres)
  • Background in fintech, payments, or FX (experience with risk, liquidity, or financial data a strong plus)
  • Python experience (e.g. pandas, automation) is a bonus
