twentyAi are working alongside a VC-backed fast growing Series A business supporting them on a search for a new FP&A Lead to own and scale their commercial finance function.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of finance, strategy, and data, driving how the business plans, measures, and understands performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis
  • Build financial models to support strategy, growth, and fundraising
  • Define and track KPIs and unit economics across the business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Support board and investor reporting
  • Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and validation
  • Build and maintain data models and dashboards for reporting and forecasting
  • Align metrics across Finance, Data, and Commercial teams

Requirements:
  • 6+ years’ experience across finance, consulting, or analytics
  • Background in Big 4, IB, or in a high-growth fintech company
  • Previously worked in a regulated vehicle
  • Strong ownership of FP&A and financial modelling
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Solid understanding of data modelling and analytics
  • Analytical, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
