We’re partnering with a fast-growing, Series A healthtech company tackling complex challenges across large US health systems.
They’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to own revenue end-to-end, from building pipeline through to closing high-value deals.
This is a true builder role, no hand-holding, no pre-built pipeline. High ownership, high impact.
NYC preferred. Remote considered for candidates with strong health system networks. Expect regular client travel.
The role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle
- Build and convert your own pipeline
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Work closely with product and leadership
- Close and expand strategic accounts
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience closing enterprise deals into large health systems
- Strong outbound and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
- Commercial confidence, comfortable with ROI, pricing, and negotiation
- Builder mindset, you like creating structure, not following it
