Generative AI Engineer

Salary: $220,000 - $250,000 per annum

The Role:

As a Generative AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a rapidly expanding team that is taking the world of GenAI to new heights. You’ll work directly with some of the brightest minds in the industry, engaging with C-Suite executives to design and implement cutting-edge GenAI solutions tailored to their specific business needs.

Every year, you’ll have the opportunity to lead 3-4 greenfield AI projects that vary in complexity and scope. Whether you’re building new AI products or developing custom solutions for high-profile clients, the work will always be fresh and exciting—ensuring no two days are alike.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and growth of AI-driven solutions, collaborating with a team of best-in-class engineers while maintaining a highly collaborative and high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult directly with executives across industries to design and build innovative Generative AI solutions.
• Lead the development of 3-4 new AI projects every year, ensuring the work is dynamic and never repetitive.
• Apply your expertise in Python, LLM, and GenAI architecture to build high-quality AI solutions in production environments.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership on GenAI product development.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a senior or lead software engineering role.
• Expertise in Python development and a deep understanding of AI programming techniques.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architecture (production or non-production environments).
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with C-Suite executives and clients.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment is highly preferred.
