The role
- Build and own technical solutions end-to-end
- Work closely with business users to understand and solve real problems
- Design and improve systems with a focus on performance and scalability
- Challenge existing processes and drive better technical approaches
- Stay close to emerging technologies and apply them where relevant
What you’ll bring
- Strong programming skills (C#, Java, Python, or similar)
- Experience working with databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or data-heavy environments
- Background in fast-paced or high-performance teams
- Strong academic background in a technical field
