We’re working with a seed-stage company building infrastructure for high-stakes, security-sensitive environments.

They’re hiring a Staff Engineer (Infrastructure & Security) to own the foundations of their platform, from cloud architecture to security posture.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of reliability, security, and scale.

The role
  • Design and build cloud infrastructure end-to-end
  • Own security architecture, including threat modeling and incident response
  • Build CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability systems
  • Define best practices for reliability, monitoring, and on-call
  • Partner with engineering to ensure infrastructure supports product velocity

What you’ll bring
  • Strong experience in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
  • Background in security, compliance, or high-trust environments
  • Experience building and scaling systems from early stage
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps tooling
  • Ability to operate at a high level while staying hands-on

Nice to have
  • Experience with regulated environments or compliance frameworks
  • Background in high-security or mission-critical systems
  • Experience supporting enterprise or government customers
