We’re working with a high-growth ecommerce SaaS company helping global brands optimise performance across major online marketplaces through data and AI.
They’re hiring an Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
This is a senior, commercially-minded role for someone who enjoys operating at executive level, driving both customer outcomes and revenue.
The role
- Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts end-to-end
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across customer orgs
- Drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Lead strategic reviews and align product to business outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver results for customers
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or account management
- Experience working with enterprise customers in SaaS, ecommerce, or analytics
- Strong commercial instincts, comfortable owning renewals and upsells
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into action
