We’re working with a high-growth ecommerce SaaS company helping global brands optimise performance across major online marketplaces through data and AI.

They’re hiring an Account Director to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.

This is a senior, commercially-minded role for someone who enjoys operating at executive level, driving both customer outcomes and revenue.

The role
  • Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts end-to-end
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across customer orgs
  • Drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead strategic reviews and align product to business outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver results for customers

What you’ll bring
  • 8+ years in customer success, consulting, or account management
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in SaaS, ecommerce, or analytics
  • Strong commercial instincts, comfortable owning renewals and upsells
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into action
