twentyAI are partnered with a leading private equity and alternative investments firm who have undergone significant growth within the last few years, and have recently expanded into the US market. 

As part of the growth strategy and diversification within the business, now’s the time for a newly created treasury hire to assist with the massively increased complexity in global cash flow and management. This position is a first hire within treasury for the company, so they are looking for someone with the gravitas to step in and stand up the function, bringing together the elements that are currently distributed across leaders within finance and ensure it is brought into existence in an effective way.

Responsibilities:
  • Global Cash Management 
  • Refinancing/Issuance
  • Risk Management 
  • Management of the US Private Placement debt book
  • Maintaining relationships with US investors
  • Liquidity and Cash Reporting
  • Executing FX Trades and Hedging
  • Management of a junior Treasury Analyst

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with Treasury within private equity/financial services 
  • Experience with managing team members within a treasury function
  • Experience in maintaining relationships externally
  • Prior knowledge of US markets 
  • A progressive and agile mindset to ensure consistent evolution within the function
