Growth Sales / Pipeline Generation Specialist – B2B SaaS (Series B, ~€6M ARR)
Berlin (Hybrid)
A fast-growing Series B B2B SaaS company with approximately €6M ARR is looking to hire a Growth Sales / Pipeline Generation Specialist to support the continued expansion of its commercial organisation.
The business is building a data-driven software platform serving retail and e-commerce clients, and is now scaling its go-to-market function across the DACH region. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing and revenue operations, with a focus on building a predictable and scalable pipeline engine.
The Role
This position focuses on pipeline generation through data-driven and automated sales strategies, rather than traditional cold outreach alone. You will design, test and scale outbound and inbound growth initiatives that consistently deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
Working closely with sales, marketing and partnerships, you will play a key role in refining the company’s go-to-market motion and demand generation strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Own responsibility for building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline for the commercial team

Design and implement automated outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn integrated within CRM and sales tools

Identify and segment target accounts within retail and e-commerce markets to maximise outreach effectiveness

Run growth experiments and A/B testing to improve pipeline generation and conversion rates

Analyse pipeline metrics including conversion, velocity and engagement, identifying areas for optimisation

Build scalable lead qualification processes for inbound and event-generated leads

Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Partnerships to optimise go-to-market strategy
Experience Required
-
Experience working as an SDR, BDR or pipeline generation specialist within a B2B SaaS environment

Strong interest in data-driven sales strategies, automation and growth experimentation

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft)

Experience targeting retail or e-commerce sectors is advantageous

Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Highly organised, analytical and comfortable building scalable processes
Compensation
-
€35,000 – €50,000 base salary

Hybrid working in Berlin with flexible working arrangements
