Senior Product Engineer

A healthtech company building remote, high-touch care for people managing heart conditions. They're a small, senior team working closely with clinicians to make recovery more accessible, and they're looking for someone who wants real ownership rather than just tickets to close.

What you'll do

  • Build and own the backend systems that deliver care to a growing patient base

  • Ship reliably across sprints, taking specs and running with them independently

  • Work closely with clinical and product folks to turn real care problems into working software

  • Report into the Head of Engineering and act as a force multiplier across projects

  • Balance moving fast with actually getting it right

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years building backend systems for web, mobile or data-heavy products

  • A couple of years of tech leadership under your belt

  • Comfortable owning your own scope with minimal hand-holding

  • Solid grasp of core computer science fundamentals

  • Strong in Rails, PHP, JavaScript or another server-side language

  • Nice to have: health tech background, GraphQL/REST, real-time data, AWS

Their stack includes Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL and Kafka, among others.
