Onsite in New York (remote considered initially, with relocation support)
$150,000 - $220,000 + equity

A venture-backed company building the infrastructure that controls how the world's most sensitive technologies get accessed, so they end up in the right hands and never the wrong ones.


What you'll do

  • Own a core part of the product end to end, covering a distinct set of user personas

  • Drive real architectural decisions that shape how the platform scales

  • Scope and define requirements for complex processes with multiple stakeholders

  • Build to the performance, accessibility and security bar enterprise customers expect

  • Take part in code reviews and architecture discussions, and help raise the engineering bar across the team

  • Work closely with the founding engineering team on the product's direction


What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of engineering experience shipping complex, high-scale systems

  • A track record of taking a feature from a vague problem to a shipped product, working directly with end users

  • Comfortable in a small, high-velocity team that runs on autonomy

  • Genuinely uses AI coding tools and keeps experimenting with new ones

  • Full-stack experience: backend, data models and frontend

  • Based in or willing to relocate to New York
