As Enterprise Systems Service Owner, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of business-critical platforms spanning Finance, People, Client Relationship, and Automation systems — ensuring smooth operations, high availability, and continuous improvement across a complex, international environment.

? What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day delivery and improvement of enterprise-scale systems supporting global business operations.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align service delivery with product roadmaps and strategic goals.

  • Manage escalations and resolve incidents impacting multiple functions or regions.

  • Analyse system performance, reliability, and scalability — using data and feedback to drive service excellence.

  • Own the problem management process, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.

  • Plan proactively for growth, ensuring enterprise platforms scale with business demand.

  • Champion compliance, security, and data privacy standards across all services.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record managing enterprise IT services in a complex, multinational setting.

  • Strong grasp of ITSM best practices (incident, problem, change, and capacity management).

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence across tech and business teams.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.

  • Experience leading service improvement or transformation initiatives at scale.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and data-privacy requirements for global systems.
