Description
The role is fully remote, part-time (1 day per week) and to begin immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Dutch & EU regulations (AFM, MiFID II, AML)
- Manage regulatory filings and maintain policies
- Oversee risk-based compliance monitoring
- Conduct risk assessments and advise senior stakeholders
- Review transactions and report suspicious activity (FIU-NL)
- Support EU passporting and collaborate with global teams
Requirements
- Experience in compliance/AML within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Dutch & EU regulations
- Experience with regulatory reporting in the Netherlands
- Able to work independently, remotely
