Head of Account Management – North America (Enterprise Partnerships)

Build, scale, and redefine what great account management looks like
This is not a “keep the lights on” account management role.
This is an opportunity to build a function, shape strategy, and drive real revenue impact across a portfolio of high-growth enterprise partnerships transforming how businesses move money globally.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who knows how to scale teams, create structure from ambiguity, and turn strong partnerships into major growth engines.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take full ownership of the North American Account Management function—setting the vision, building the team, and driving measurable growth.
Build and scale a high-performing team
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of account managers focused on enterprise partnerships
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Coach your team to navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results
Define and elevate the AM function
- Design and implement best-in-class account management frameworks
- Establish KPIs, account planning standards, and success metrics across the portfolio
- Build scalable processes that drive consistency, visibility, and performance
Own growth and commercial outcomes
- Take ownership of a multi-million dollar portfolio and its P&L
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across key accounts
- Remove commercial and operational blockers to unlock growth
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Be a hands-on, strategic leader
- Step into key partner conversations and high-impact moments
- Support your team in solving complex commercial and technical challenges
- Lead from the front—balancing strategy with execution
Champion the voice of the partner
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams
- Advocate for partner needs and influence product direction
- Ensure solutions deliver real value for both partners and end customers
What you bring
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing account management teams
- Strong track record of growing enterprise accounts and driving revenue expansion
- Experience working with complex stakeholders (C-suite, technical, compliance, etc.)
- Ability to design and implement scalable processes, KPIs, and operating frameworks
- A hands-on leadership style—you’re as comfortable in the details as you are in strategy
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep sense of ownership
- Background in fintech, payments, or embedded finance is a plus
