??????twentyAI are supporting a leading bank with a DMLRO search for a 6 month contract. This is fully remote
- Key qualifications needed:
- Trading experience with fit crime background
- Annual MLRO report delivery experience
- Multi-jurisdictional expansion project exposure
- CFD product knowledge (retail and business customers)
- Market abuse exposure (preferred but not deal-breaker)
Candidate Profile
- Fintech background strongly preferred over big bank experience
- Need “builder” mentality - comfortable building from scratch
- Minimum 4-5 years experience
- Must be willing to “dig in the dirt” and handle hands-on work
- Cross-border capability mindset more important than specific jurisdiction experience
Product & Jurisdiction Scope
- Current products: CFDs, MMFs, equities, crypto, ETNs
- Focus on retail traded products
- Expansion into multiple jurisdictions planned
- Cross-border operational capability essential
