Senior Software Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growing fintech company building AI-driven systems to automate complex financial workflows and compliance processes.

They’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work closely with the founding team and own high-impact parts of the product from day one.

This is a hands-on role in a small, high-performing team with a strong bias for shipping and ownership.

The role
  • Build and ship product features end-to-end
  • Work directly with founders on product and technical decisions
  • Own systems and become the go-to person in your area
  • Contribute to product direction and technical design
  • Help raise the bar through code reviews and mentoring

What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years building production software
  • Strong full-stack or backend fundamentals
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • Ability to take ownership and execute independently
  • Clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to have
  • Experience with Python/Django or modern JS frameworks
  • Background in fintech or data-heavy systems
  • Experience working in small, high-growth teams
