Izzy graduated from Northumbria University in summer 2025. With a strong sporting and competitive background, she naturally gravitated towards a career in search.

After completing a graduate scheme at another firm, Izzy joined twentyAi at the start of 2026, joining the Private Equity team under the guidance of Director, Hannah Alderson.

Izzy thrives in permanent and interim positions across front, middle and back office roles where she can add value to financial service institutes.
