Description
This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise at the intersection of commercial lending and credit insurance while working in a collaborative, front-to-back office environment. The role partners closely with front-office business lines, operations teams, and external insurance brokers to ensure accurate calculation, booking, monitoring, and payment of insurance premiums. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to managing operational risk.
This position requires working onsite three days per week.

- Perform pre-funding verification of insurance calculations and facilitate initial deposits or premium payments to brokers
- Act as a primary point of contact for insurance-related inquiries from front office, middle office, and external brokers
- Monitor insurance-related covenants and reporting obligations, escalating discrepancies or concerns to management as needed
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to booking, reconciliation, reporting, and overall insurance administration
- 1–2 years of experience in commercial lending, asset finance, or loan operations at a financial institution
- Experience managing insurance requirements within structured or commercial lending transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with loan servicing or middle-office platforms (experience with specific industry systems is a plus)
