Anna leads the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) function with over 12 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered more than 250 placements, from full team build-outs to specialist and boutique hires. Anna specialises in senior-level recruitment and is known for building long-term, trusted relationships across the industry.

She joined twentyAI in 2018 from Hays, where she was the top-performing UK&I consultant in Financial Markets, with a particular focus on Financial Crime. Since then, she has developed deep market expertise across the broader GRC landscape and built a strong track record of senior and influential placements.

Outside of work, Anna’s more adventurous and eclectic days—like diving with sharks on the Great Barrier Reef, milking cows in Costa Rica, and appearing as an extra in a Bollywood film—are (mostly) behind her. These days when she’s not recruiting, she’s busy being mum to two young children.
