RevOps Lead/BA

Our client is a PE backed subscription based news/media business operating on digital platform.
As a component of a wider transformation initiative, they are looking to engage a RevOps specialist to support the evolution of their Sales and Marketing functions.

The requirement is for an individual with a track record establishing Revenue Operations (RevOps) within B2B SaaS businesses to help define and set-up the first instance of a true RevOps function for the client. The combination of experience as both a facilitator of chance alongside a subject matter expert in the domains of Sales/Marketing Tech and Tooling will be essential.

The core focus will be hubbed around the assessment of the business requirements and creating a roadmap of change, bringing the enhanced use of technology, automation and driving efficiencies through CRM and associated tools; to support a CRO with defined GTM strategy, inc pipeline process & methodology.

Summary involvements will likely include:
 
  • Business Analysis & Strategy: GTM strategy, as-is and to-be processes, TAM analysis / segmentation, territories, roles, sales coverage planning
  • Technology: Marketing and sales stack (CRM config, marketing automation, AI co-pilots etc.), align with GTM process & Finance OTC
  • Sales Enablement roles: Onboarding, training, tools (e.g. guidance embedded in CRM), comms and change programmes
  • Performance: Define target / quota management along side commission and incentive design
  • Commercial operations, bid management and pre-sales support
