Role
As the Infrastructure Security Engineer, you will work collaboratively with engineering and infrastructure teams to protect global systems and data. You'll focus on enhancing security across our entire technology stack—developing internal tools, building robust detection capabilities, and defending against a wide variety of threats. Role
As the Infrastructure Security Engineer, you will work collaboratively with engineering and infrastructure teams to protect global systems and data. You'll focus on enhancing security across our entire technology stack—developing internal tools, building robust detection capabilities, and defending against a wide variety of threats. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety and resilience of our AI-driven systems, supporting both our product goals and our larger mission.
- Collaborate with teams to strengthen security across globally distributed systems.
- Design and implement tools to identify and address security vulnerabilities at scale.
- Monitor system telemetry to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Defend infrastructure against threats—ranging from common attackers to advanced adversaries.
- Uphold best practices for data and system security, including vulnerability remediation.
- Utilize AI-driven models for building advanced detection and data protection solutions.
Key Skills
- 3+ years in public cloud or data center infrastructure roles
- Strong experience in systems and cloud-native software engineering
- Proficiency in Linux configuration, security, and administration
- Hands-on with security telemetry tools
- Skilled in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Salt
- Experience with authenticated vulnerability scanning in distributed environments
- Development experience in Python preferable
- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (preferred)
- Knowledge of Linux networking fundamentals and system internals
- Familiarity with Open Compute Project technologies (a plus)
- Passion for cybersecurity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
