Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, development, and execution of customer-facing web and mobile applications. This role plays a pivotal part in defining and delivering strategic product initiatives that directly influence the end-user experience and business outcomes.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll lead key product lines from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and operations. You will help shape long-term product strategies while also executing short-term goals with precision.
This position is primarily based in Austin, TX (hybrid model), or can be based in San Francisco with regular travel to the Austin headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of a product line—from vision and strategy to roadmap planning, development, launch, and performance tracking.
- Drive measurable results across key KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and profitability.
- Define, prioritize, and manage product features and releases in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with design teams to craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, informed by direct user research and feedback.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer studies to identify product opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Use data and analytics to measure product success and solutions post-launch.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain product leadership and relevance.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departments and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in technical or scientific disciplines is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or people-management capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale web and mobile applications end-to-end.
- Experience with AI-powered products or data-intensive solutions is highly desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product vision and strategy.

- Proficient in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and modern product tooling.
