This position is primarily based in Austin, TX (hybrid model), or can be based in San Francisco with regular travel to the Austin headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of a product line—from vision and strategy to roadmap planning, development, launch, and performance tracking.
  • Drive measurable results across key KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, and profitability.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product features and releases in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with design teams to craft intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, informed by direct user research and feedback.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer studies to identify product opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Use data and analytics to measure product success and solutions post-launch.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain product leadership and relevance.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across departments and successful go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in technical or scientific disciplines is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or people-management capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale web and mobile applications end-to-end.
  • Experience with AI-powered products or data-intensive solutions is highly desirable.
Required Skills:
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable product features.
  • Deep user empathy and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate product vision and strategy.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, including working effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and modern product tooling.
