With headquarters being in the heart of Charlotte, our client is a full-service investment solutions group offering their services in a variety of formats including mutual fund, SMA and UMA model delivery. Our client’s mission is to provide long-term and consistent investment success along with excellent client service.
Position Details: Portfolio Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Open for negotiation
Location: Hybrid – Must live in Charlotte, NC (Desirable relocation package included)
Desired Background/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
- 2+ years of financial work, preferably in back/middle office within asset management
- Direct experience with portfolio accounting systems (Archer, APX and/or Orion preferred)
- Strong/technical understanding of securities, investment markets, security data, and investment systems
- Excellent computer skills with understanding of various software packages (Charles River, Factset, Bloomberg, and Salesforce preferred)
- Strong ability to utilize Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and marcros)
