twentyAI have partnered with an International Financial Services Company who are looking for a talented Legal and Compliance Lead to join their Business Transformation Function. They are looking for candidates who have exposure to working within a Change Function to deliver transformation agendas. The ideal successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of which different aspects which impact legal and regulatory compliance globally.

Responsibilities

  • Capability to be a proactive leader across several programmes simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end lifecycle change management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience delivering compliance advise and in-depth knowledge on investment products.
  • Ability to deliver and define changes to the Legal and Compliance Operating Model.
  • Engage with different teams to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.
  • Communicate with the legal and compliance team to get technical opinion to provide successful advice.

Experience

  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills including communication and influencing skills at all levels.
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end regulatory and compliance projects.
  • Understanding of Investment products.
