An International Investment Manager is seeking to hire a talented and experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role has been created due to internal promotion. The firm offers a range of financial products to individuals, intermediary advisors and institutional investors.

Hybrid working on offer as well as some strong benefits around pension, life assurance, private medical and dental. There is a strong company ethos around being one team, so there are monthly socials on offer.

This role would suit a qualified Accountant who has demonstrable FP&A and Business Partnering experience. Someone who is looking to step up and supervise a small team, to be the number two to the Senior Manager. As this role is business partnering with front office and investments, a confident personality is essential.

This role includes:
  • Financial modelling
  • Being involved with strategic planning
  • Implementing new systems and process improvement
  • Reviewing the work of junior members of staff
  • FP&A for a number of international offices
  • Business Partnering with front office, delivering numbers and providing commentary
