Job Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems for our AI-powered voice agent platform.
- Design, build, and optimize robust APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines to enhance real-time call processing capabilities.
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components, delivering a smooth user experience.
- Take end-to-end ownership of key technical projects, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and deliver features efficiently.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into scalable software solutions.
- Improve system performance, security, and reliability through proactive problem-solving and continuous optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning to ensure high-quality code.
- Provide direct technical support to customers when needed, ensuring seamless onboarding and issue resolution.
- Work closely with customer success and sales teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize implementation strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and new feature development.
- 1+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and experience designing efficient data models.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
- A founder-like mindset, with the ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and make high-impact decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Previous startup experience or experience working in a fast-growing company.
- Experience with AI, NLP, speech recognition, or call automation technologies.
- Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, or other modern frameworks.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Work on cutting-edge AI-driven solutions that are transforming call center automation.
