- Be the technical expert and SME for F5 Firewalls within the global business entity
- Provide expert 4th-line support for network products and services, ensuring operational excellence.
- Analyze data and business needs to develop technical solutions that align with network and infrastructure capacity.
- Assist with network capacity upgrades, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and external partners.
- Develop and document monitoring systems to improve network performance and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on the adoption of advanced engineering patterns, driving innovation across development teams.
- Lead network upgrades and ensure seamless project execution.
- Demonstrable, SME-level expertise with F5
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of network products and services, including working with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista technologies.
- Experience with data center networking, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and cloud network environments.
- Proficiency in Python and Ansible for automation solutions.
- Familiarity with load-balancing, multicast, and low-latency technologies in high-performance environments.
