Interim Finance / Accounting – Private Markets | Berlin | Immediate Start

I’m supporting a leading Private Markets investment platform in Berlin with an immediate requirement for a hands-on finance professional to join on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC).

This is a junior-to-mid-level role focused on the day-to-day finance operations of the platform, working closely with the wider Finance team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Financial operations, including AP/AR and reconciliations

  • Payment processing and invoice production

  • Supporting external auditors and resolving audit queries

  • Maintaining accurate accounting and financial records

  • Supporting controlling, budgeting and forecasting where required

Profile:

  • Strong accounting / finance operations experience

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

  • Private Markets, Financial Services or investment management exposure beneficial

  • German language skills preferred, but not essential

  • Available to start immediately

  • Able to work 4 days per week in the Berlin office

Salary: €50,000–€55,000
Location: Berlin | 4 days office-based
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract | Immediate start
