Role: Account Manager

Location: Austin, TX

The successful candidate will need commercial smarts, relationship-building and leadership skills, and be competitive, resilient, and money-motivated.

Purpose:

Support the growth and development of Account Management function to provide high-level of service and delivery to Twenty’s expanding base of key clients. The purpose of this role will be to increase and maximize the commercial value of key accounts

 

Responsibilities:

  • Track end-to-end processes across the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure our delivery teams are working in accordance with internal and external SLAs
  • Ensure CRM (Bullhorn) and other data tracking tools are kept up to date to maximize their usefulness and efficiency
  • Support the management of recruitment process through job intakes, resume reviews, and client follow up
  • Support management of interview processes by ensuring interviews are scheduled in a timely manner, tracking interview status of candidates, collating and sharing interview feedback between candidates/clients
  • Take references for candidates in an interview process to vet and verify a candidate’s suitability while simultaneously building relationships to identify business development opportunities
  • Interpret the data behind the top-line numbers to assess return on investment of our accounts to ensure the delivery teams are focused on most fillable roles
  • Support the management of contractors in key accounts to further create value to the relationship and identify business development opportunities
  • Contribute to the production of pitches, presentations and terms for new and existing clients

 

Skills required:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment, staffing, account management, or sales role (staffing industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Conceptual awareness of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills to feel comfortable working directly with internal teams and external clients
  • An interest in using our proprietary data analytics tool to understand and explain the ‘why’ behind the numbers
  • Track record in reviewing documents to identify and fix errors as well as improve reporting processes
  • Ability to execute on assignments and the aptitude to make decisions independently with limited information
  • A ‘just get it done’ mentality
