Description

Twenty is partnering with a growing investment bank in New York City and Atlanta to identify a Mid-level UI Designer that will report to the Design Systems Team. As a UI Designer you will be responsible for contributing to the evolution of the design system, design foundational patterns, contribute to UI components, documentation, and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with UX leads to execute product visions through every step of the end-to-end design process
  • Drive efficiency through organization 
  • Explore and discover design tools to incorporate
  • Craft intuitive and aesthetically pleasing experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions
  • Partner with the research team to make value-driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UI designs
  • Create and present a variety of design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows and prototypes)
  • Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly
  • Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces
  • Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
  • Work closely with the larger UX team to share design best practices, align patterns and promote a design-centric culture
  • Advocate for all user abilities by testing design deliverables to meet WCAG ADA compliance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working with design systems and visual design that has lead to the successful launch of an enterprise level client
  • A portfolio which showcases how patterns can be used across an enterprise
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field, additional education a plus
  • Skilled utilizing Adobe CC and/or Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD
  • You have an ability to balance user goals, technology needs and business objectives
