Telecom Onsite Technician:

The onsite technician will handle general telecommunication duties at this healthcare provider in North County San Diego. Responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to, phone programming, troubleshooting and repair mostly within a Cisco Call Manager environment. A solid understanding of WiFi, cell phones, and telecommunication basics (SIP, PRI, analog lines, CAT5) is preferred. The ability to communicate effectively and work around and alongside demanding schedules and individuals is required. Working hours will be 8 hours per day, 5 days a week excluding holidays and weekends. A flexible work schedule (early mornings or late nights) may be required for some project work.

Call Manager is a real plus. The individual will have to travel between a few locations in North County San Diego. The real big requirement is they need to be able to work with stressed out, demanding individuals and not lose their cool.
