Ciarán joined the Twenty graduate academy in London in February 2017 before joining the Technology department focusing on IT Infrastructure. Ciarán rose to Principal Consultant overseeing the technology contract team, whilst being the top performer within his department. Ciarán briefly left and joined another firm in London, but later returned to Twenty to join the ERP business to head up their Recruitment & Talent team across the US where he is focusing on building long-standing relationships with his candidates.
