Senior VP - desires this person to become Matt's right hand man. 8-10 years' experience, must haves include:

banking experience and knowledge + Big 4 background. Would want this person from another bank, NOT direct from Big 4

CPA

Experience managing large teams, at the minimum 3-4 people. This is not a step-up role, wants someone who is already a VP somewhere else and has no more room to grow.

Experience auditing and knowledge of: reg reporting, financial reporting, CCAR, liquidity. Strong knowledge, not just exposure.
