Description

The very first VC funded New York City start up is actively looking to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer. Founded in 2014, this firm is building out the next generation of Hadoop, optimized for specific cases (ex: segmentation, journey analytics, and personalization).

Having recently secured their Series B, they are actively looking to add to their incredibly talented team of Engineers by bringing on an experienced Frontend Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of JavaScript, with experience in one of its modern frameworks (React/Angular/Vue/Meteor). You will also possess:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 4+ year’s professional experience in an engineering/development role
  • Experience building data visualization tools with D3.js
  • Experience building large scale web applications

Nice to have:

  • Experience with modern application frameworks such as Node/Express, Flask, Django, or Ruby on Rails

Compensation for this role will go to $140,000 base salary, with a generous equity package and 100% healthcare coverage. Additional perks include unlimited vacation time, weekly lunches paid for by the company, and the opportunity to take complete ownership of a project from the get go.
