The role consists of selling the CDSClear services and products to new CDSClear customers and identifying opportunities for growth with a focus on specific regions / markets. The function also includes providing CDSClear live Clients with high quality services and establishing a long-term and fruitful business relationship to incentivise and boost clearing volumes.



Sales/Product Specialist


  • Support the CDSClear sales activities for allocated regions
  • Sell the CDSClear service and educate clients on the offering through regular visits
  • Manage client’s portfolio margin simulations and identify business cases for clearing
  • Help create and maintain the sales documentation
  • Support the management of the clients sales pipeline and provide reporting on clients’ sales activities
  • Attend industry conferences and manage client road shows promoting CDSClear & LCH across multiple asset classes
  • Provide CDSClear inputs for the LCH wider client relationship management plan
  • Co-ordinate onboarding process and provide timely updates


Client Relationship management


  • Identify opportunity for growth and work towards increasing client volumes and liquidity on the CDSClear service
  • Update and maintain client’s information in Salesforce (CRM Tool)
  • Represent the client voice and point of view internally


Marketing/Communication Support

  • Help with CDSClear marketing and communication activities
  • Make sure that the CDSClear sections of the website are up to date and fit for purpose



  • Proven record in the Financial / banking sector ideally in the Credit Derivatives space
  • Good knowledge of trading, clearing and settlement
  • Extensive experience in Sales and Relationship Management roles
  • Proven records in working with Buy-Side institutions
  • Demonstrable professional experience in an international environment
  • Aptitude for marketing including production of clear and compelling customer presentations and material for publication



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely client focused
  • Fluent in English (another language is a plus)

  • Experienced in using tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, MSP and CRM tools 
  • Fast starter and “Make it Happen” attitude
