Description
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist executes, reports on and helps develop the marketing automation strategy for the organization. Must be able to interface directly with our Marketing leadership to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options. You’ll assess design objectives for all project phases and recommend strategies and tactics to meet business needs. Work on all phases of a project: requirements capture, development, testing, production support, etc. Communicate with stakeholders regarding project status.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- (2) years' experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Automation Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud email specialist certification is preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Marketing campaign execution. Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute the organization’s marketing campaigns
- Monitor effectiveness of the organization's marketing campaigns and provide feedback to the Marketing and Leadership Teams on how to improve their efficacy
- Be on top of the trends in email deliverability to provide expertise to the rest of the organization on how to maximize email marketing campaign effectiveness
- Marketing Automation expertise maximizing the effectiveness use of marketing automation systems across the organization
